What is a pump cover? A pump cover is a slang term used by fitness enthusiasts to describe an oversized t-shirt or sweatshirt commonly worn to/in the gym. 

How do I determine my size? We offer a variety of pump cover silhouettes, from t-shirts to hoodies! This means each silhouette may vary in sizing. To ensure you are choosing your best size for you, please see the size chart under the product you are interested in purchasing! Size charts can be found in the description of the product listings, as well as sizing suggestions. Reference images of sizing can be found on our social pages. *please note it is important you choose your correct size as we do not offer any returns or exchanges due to our products being print to order. Please DM us on Instagram or email us using the contact form on our website for size guidance. We are always happy to help!

How should I wash my t-shirts? Before washing your t-shirts, we recommend turning them inside out. Machine wash cold, tumble dry on low, or even hang for best care. More detailed wash instructions can also be found on the clothing tag.

Shipping

How long will it take to get my order? Currently, our processing time takes 2-3 business days upon receiving your payment confirmation and 7-9 days for US shipping if Standard Shipping option is selected. Expedited Shipping is also an option at check out. We appreciate your patience and are now partnered with one of the best print & packing centers in the business to increase a more timely arrival!

I checked out using PayPal Express, why did I not receive an email confirmation that my package was shipped?
Payments made using PayPal Express at checkout take longer to process because your payment needs to process through PayPal and then also Shopify. If using PayPal Express at checkout, please expect an additional 3-5 days of processing in addition to our normal processing time illustrated above. 

What is included in the shipping cost? We do not profit from shipping cost. The total of shipping cost at checkout is determined by location, weight of package, and shipping supplies needed for packaging total order.

Why did I get multiple emails with tracking numbers?  Since we are now partnered with a Third-Party packing company that fulfills our orders, customers who have ordered multiple items may receive their items in multiple packages (kind of like how it works with Amazon!)

 

Do you ship internationally? Yes! Now that we are partnered with a third-party print & packing company, we now ship both domestic and international! Please note extra fees may apply to international customers due to different shipping costs in country.

Returns/Exchanges

Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of our products being print to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. With any questions or concerns, please reach out using the contact form on our website.
